Refund & Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email before returning the product.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
The packaging must be intact and not damaged
The product must not show any signs of use, modification, or wear
Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Returns must be approved before shipment.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error made by the seller.
4. Excluded Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered
Products with removed or broken seals
Customized or personalized products
Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Shipping Insurance
If shipping insurance was selected at checkout, the order is fully covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
In such cases, the customer may receive either:
a full refund, or
a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery or tracking confirmation.
7. Non-Receipt or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact our support team as soon as possible so an investigation can be initiated with the carrier.
Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation process.
