By placing an order on this website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products made through the website operated by APSARA.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered are intended for collectors and enthusiasts of trading card games and related accessories.
Product descriptions, images and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.
Products are not intended to deceive, misrepresent, or facilitate fraudulent resale practices.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully confirmed.
An order confirmation email is sent to the customer after validation.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or irregularity.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers, including:

6. Delivery

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the product.
The product must be returned:

in its original condition
with intact packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to the seller.
9. Excluded Products
Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, altered, or whose protective seal has been removed cannot be refunded.
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for withdrawal.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
11. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or improper use of the products.
Any illegal or fraudulent use of the products is solely the responsibility of the customer.
